Hi, my name is Derria and I am a 16 year old swim instructor and lifeguard and I work at the YMCA and REC department in Hinesville GA. I am a self taught swimmer and I have been swimming since the age of 9. I fell in love with my job over the summer and recently started trying to come up in the aquatics area. I recently got certified as a Water Safety Instructor so I currently give swim lessons and enjoy every second of it. Water is what brings me peace and hopefully I can help others see the beauty I fell in love with!
