Nicole Fairfield has had a passion for teaching swimming since 2000. She first obtained her swim instructor certification through the YMCA of the USA. She taught at the YMCA in Martin County for four years. She received her American Red Cross WSI certification in 2005. Nicole taught swim lessons for the YMCA in Liberty County and was very fond of the YES (youth education swim) Program. When she moved to Glynn County in 2008 she taught at The Club. Then she did a few years at Glynn County Parks and Recreations and the Golden Isles YMCA. Nicole's passion for water safety lead her to host a podcast Navigating Neva where she talks about how to be safe in, on and around the water.
Aside from a certified swim instructor, Nicole Fairfield is also a Swim Instructor Trainer, a Lifeguard Instructor Trainer and a certified Padi diver.

Hello! I am Alisha New. I have 3 beautiful girls and I am a Kindergarten teacher. I have been teaching for 13 years and it is truly my passion to teach children, watch them grow, and become more confident in who they are as a person! I am so excited to also teach swimming lessons to children this year! I want them to love the water, learn how to be around water and swim safely, and set goals for themselves to continue learning how to be an advanced swimmer in their future! I can’t wait to work with your child and watch their love for the water and their swimming skills progress!
Hi, my name is Mags Eno. I am 16 years old and I work as a lifeguard at Epworth by The Sea and I have been been on the swim team since I was 8 years old. I have always wanted to teach swim lessons because I feel that it is incredibly fun and important that children, along with adults, learn to love the water, learn safety skills, learn stroke development, and to overall, be confident and relaxed when in and around the water. I personally feel that swimming is the most enjoyable activity a person can partake in and I can't wait to help you and/or your loved one(s) develop this essential life skill!
